Madison Roots
Tim grew up in the Shorewood neighborhood of Madison close to the UW Campus. His Father was a professor at the University researching regenerative biology.
Military
While Tim was in College, he joined the Army and was an Military Policaman for five years. While in the Army he served at Ft. McClellan AL, the Philippine Islands and ended his service here in Madison at Truax field.
Police Work
After his service in the Army, he worked as a Civilian Police Officer for 10 yrs. He started in Sun Prairie and then worked as the Detective in Black Earth. When they decided they could no longer afford the Black Earth Police Department, he retired from Police work.
NBP & Insurance
After 15 years of combined Law Enforcement, he moved into Health and Life Insurance, then worked towards his Security license and became a Certified Financial Fiduciary. For 15 years heserved in Law Enforcement helping people now he spends time helping people learn how to retire without having to change their lifestyle in retirement.
Fallon & Associates
Fallon & Associates was founded in 2003. Tim added comprehensive financial planning services to compliment the insurance offerings he provided taking on a fiduciary role for his clients.
Marketing & Advertising
Ellen started her career working in Marketing & Advertising working for various agencies in the Madison area. The last several years of her Marketing career were spent doing digital work for clients including Culvers & Sartori Cheese.
Fallon Wealth Management
In 2024, Fallon & Associates rebranded to Fallon Wealth Management as Ellen officially joined the company. Relocating from a small office on the west side of Madison to one with greater growth potential in Monona.
